Assist in preparing the planning schedules for the entire work (Manpower, Machinery, Materials & Equipment) - Oversee the preparation of Shop Drawings for all works - Monitor the Progress of Work as per the planning schedules - Attend site management review meetings (as instructed) to discuss various construction related issues and opportunities for system and execution improvements. - Coordinate with QA/QC and Site Crews to verify and ensure that Construction activities and facilities are being completed in accordance with current specifications and standards - Collect information and data about daily work activities to the Construction Manager to verify that project is going on schedule and within the set time and budget limits - Coordinate between the HSE, QA/QC, Subcontract, Engineers and the Sites Construction Engineers to make sure that the construction organization is implemented and that the contractor’s and subcontractors’ works and performance are efficiently inspected, supervised and monitored, taking into consideration cost, progress manpower and material aspects; - In conjunction with the Site Construction Engineers, identify current and potential problems and propose corrective and/or preventive actions in the construction part of the project - In conjunction with the Construction Manager, the Contract and Subcontract Engineers, QA/QC and HSE Engineers and Site Construction, verify that procedures, standards and specifications are being met. - In conjunction with QA/QC & HSES Engineers, verify that all Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment regulations and requirements are strictly adhered to; - Liaise and control all construction matters and works of sub-contractors, to ensure client’s satisfaction and quality of work produced.
