Key Account Manager
CurrentOVERVIEW: Sales and management of off-price brand accounts such as Ross, Tuesday Morning and TJ Max, developing and managing custom programs for multiple product categories within each account. • Manage and maintain successful B2B relationships with three, top-tier off-price retail stores (TJX, Ross & Tuesday Morning) • Build quarterly sales product programs for multiple product types—Stationery, Storage and Bath—for both Everyday and Seasonal use, working with clients and in-house design team. • Increase sales by introducing new products, developing in-roads to new channels within current customer base and building on active, successful programs. • Direct and assist new product development based on client requests and needs, working to hit target price-points and margins.• Effectively work as central point person for every aspect of every program of all assigned accounts, working with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.• Facilitate, plan and prepare for in-house client meetings.
