WOD is a mobile learning lab with computer-based training in life skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship, along with college scholarship application support, and mentoring opportunities. WOD has served 8,000 youths at 47 schools and 400 community events. • National CARES Mentoring Movement- Contracted to oversee membership services, chapter compliance, and grow corporate partnerships for a national non-profit with 56 local chapters dedicated to recruiting and connecting mentors with urban youth organizations. Introduced new development strategies that increased funding by 8%. • Housing Initiative of North Fulton (HomeStretch)As interim Executive Director, for a local non-profit that provides transitional housing and mentoring, my focus was on improving program operations, member services to diverse communities, and grant compliance.
