· Manage appraisal team for appraisal reviews, condo project approvals and property approvals as well as flood insurance compliance on all loan collateral· Manage file queue for all appraisal reviews to meet expected SLA’s and closing timing· Training, support and guidance for appraisal support staff· Vendor management with Appraisal AMC as needed· Loan Officer support for loan parameters in relation to collateral issues· VA and FHA Approved Appraisal Reviewer

· Condo Project Approvals – experienced in FNMA –CPM· Flood Insurance review and acceptance for investor compliance· UCDP and FNMA Collateral Underwriter review experience· File queue management and file assignment for meeting closing deadlines· Training appraisal reviewers and appraisal support staff· Vendor management with Appraisal AMC as needed· Expanded knowledge of loan programs and the effect on the appraisal issues

· Responsible for processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and Construction loans· Credit analysis and documentation to meet specific program and investor guidelines· Advanced computer skills including Encompass mortgage software.· Pipeline management of up to 100 files· Ability to multitask and prioritize loan needs in a fast paced environment

· Processing mortgage loans, locking loans and detailed customer relations· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task including problem solving· Branch point contact for corporate HR as well as administrative support for loan officer
