Regional Operations Coordinator
CurrentProvide direct support to two regional sales directors and several division managers; research potential meeting sites and negotiate contracts; plan, organize, and facilitate off-site sales meetings and team activities; review funding requests and ensure regulatory and budgetary compliance; monitor operating budget and prepare monthly analysis reports; compile sales data and prepare monthly analysis reports; create quarterly sales recaps/newsletters; assist in interview process and hiring of field sales personnel; prepare PowerPoint presentations. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Apps.
