I develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners which includes sponsors, donors and corporate partners. I am responsible for the recruitment and retention of members and ensure any issues or complaints are dealt with timely and to conclusion. My role includes responsibility of securing financing for a major 2-day annual conference and management all sponsors and exhibitors. I also research and write grant applications.

Relationship management of SBRC members, partners and stakeholders in Police Scotland, Scottish Fire & Rescue and Scottish Government. Recruited new members to the Centre and retained existing members through development and implementation of membership strategy. Introduced and developed a membership database. Organised and run major conferences and annual Parliamentary Reception. Produced the bi-monthly newsletter for all stakeholders and created promotional materials.
