Ovation Communication provides classes on everything from presentation skills to professional dining etiquette. With every new client they create a customized class focusing on what the client sees as a learning opportunity for their employees. Every class gets a workbook for each student. I create those workbooks, working alongside David Marcotte, the Director of Training.

Managed, scheduled, and supervised all aspects of English Innovations and Gates Foundation funded project. Created a national brand, worked with vendors and multiple stakeholders to budget time and money while creating an online, asynchronous, course alongside a Training of Trainers (TOT) model.

Recruited and managed volunteers and their schedules. Quadrupled volunteer engagement. Managed and coordinated the day-to-day activities of the English Innovations classes, technology and site leaders.
