My experience with my last employer included to provide support and assistance to designated BU and sales staff for orders, date entry, customer relations, and invoicing. Assist customers regarding quotations, authorizations, and billing related concerns. Assist and provide support for AR and AP managers. Provide back up for receptionist and phone answering on a regular basis. Depending on the volume of the workload generated by the designated BU and/or sales staff, these duties may be shared by multiple associates, delegated out at the descretion of the Corporate Adminstrative Manager or covered on a limited basis by one associate. Responsible for the day-to-day paperwork and reports generated by the BU. Timely submission of all reports and paperwork for the BU as related to payroll/billing, and assisting with BU adminstrative staff when needed.Specialties: I developed strong customer service experience and management skills.
