I began on 11/1/14 as a Sr. Community Manager with two properties. Jan. 2015 I was promoted to Area Manager with 3 properties. During 2015 I along with my team were successful in leasing up 4 properties in NJ meeting all contracted deadlines. I was promoted to District Manager in early 2016 and successfully completed another lease up. Sept. 2016 I was promoted to Regional Manager with over site of the entire NJ Portfolio along with 2 properties in PA. As the Reg. Mgr. I was responsible for 2 District Mgrs., 28 managers/properties totaling 3021 units. All aspects of property management including being part of a new deal set up with Development, attending municipal meetings and construction meetings, successfully obtaining stabilization and then managing the asset.

New Jersey

As the Associate Property Manager I was the lead contact in NJ with regards to the 6 properties that Vanguard third party managed. I had 6 managers and several maint staff to oversee. I attended all meetings, resident or Owner, complied with all NJHMFA regulations as well as town regulations, maintained the properties in accordance with Vanguards policies and Management Agreements and according to the budgets. Implemented Capital Improvements as budgeted. Was successful in obtaining an adjustment to a senior properties city sewer bill that resulted in a 50% decrease. This was later adopted by the city as code.

New Jersey

Began as the receptionist moving up to Assist. Mgr, then onto Mgr. and eventually onto Reg. Mgr. During my employment I was able to gain the strong set of skills that were needed to manage the 326 unit project based property at times alone in the office doing recertifications, home inspections, managing the maint staff as well as resident ledgers and complaints. Assisted Development Team with the task of relocating residents in a phased redevelopment of the property. Stabilizing all three phases over a four year period and upon completion Managed daily a 265 unit 3 phase community as well as oversight of a 185 unit community in a neighboring town.
