As a Wireless Logistics Specialist I am responsible for all for all shipments for the department as well as adhoc assignments. I provide all end of month reporting for over 50 Logistics clients, which includes all daily orders, repairs and invoicing. Assisted in the implementation and continued maintenance of the new Logistics ordering system, TrackVia.

As a Procurement Analyst I maintained client ordering systems, ensured contracted SLAs were met, created and implemented client policies that directed end user experiences.

As a Fulfillment Specialist I was responsible for a queue of incoming orders that were processed directly with cellular vendors. I met and consistently exceed departmental goals for order fulfillment as well as assisted the carrier team lead with critical orders and overflow.
