Employees with caring responsibilities outside work can struggle to perform at their best. I help businesses support these employees by providing a free holiday at Kingham Cottage, the After Umbrage self-catering holiday cottage near Bath. Employees return to work feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Anyone can rent the cottage, safe in the knowledge that 100% of their booking fee goes to the charity to fund free breaks for carers. This way you help sustain After Umbrage as the charity that provides care for carers. Wellbeing is the bridge that holds my charity and corporate work together.I provide wellbeing training focusing on upskilling working people with mental health awareness and self-care strategies whilst also influencing the culture of workplaces to be more compassionate and kind, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it boosts productivity, efficiency and attracts and retains talent. Moreover, happy people are more likely to recommend their organisation as great places to work.

We had two aims: to help working people lead more balanced, happy lives and by doing so, make financial contributions to Illuminate's charity work. It's sustainable funding - our way - inspired by TOMS and #OneforOne. Show less

With twenty years of marketing communications experience, we plan and deliver gatherings like military exercises making sure everyone taking part feels comfortable and included. Our physical environment has an impact on the way we think. It should be conducive to the desired outcome. People want to feel comfortable and experience a sense of community quickly. We want people to think boldly and quickly whilst they are with us.Our aim is to make everyone attending say, "Wow, let's do this again". And in a world where everything seems to be done electronically, I hope that Little Crowds shows just how enjoyable and productive it is when you do things face to face. Show less
