Founded in 1993, CARW is dedicated to the success of its 900 members by providing invaluable educational opportunities, countless networking experiences, data exchange, and public policy advocacy. In addition to CARW, the office manages the Wisconsin chapters of commercial real estate associations, CCIM and SIOR. In 2019, CARW established the CARW Foundation which supports continuing education grants and scholarships for existing and aspiring commercial real estate professionals.

Board members serve as ambassadors for the Marquette University College of Business and encourage alunmni to engage in a variety of ways; through the annual golf outing, mentoring programs, basketball events, career night, and more.

As Executive Director for TEMPO Milwaukee, Tracy is responsible for strategic planning, finances, marketing, communications, fundraising, operations and membership services for a 275‐member business organization whose mission is to empower and engage executive women leaders. She works closely with a twenty-member board of directors. In her work with TEMPO, Tracy has led the organization through a successful rebranding campaign and five-year strategic plan; doubled the association revenue in two years; created the TEMPO Milwaukee Foundation which supports a scholarship fund that has given more than $200,000 to college women in Wisconsin; increased monthly event participation by 30%; achieved 75% member participation in committees and meeting attendance; accomplished 90% member retention for two consecutive years; and co-founded the Women’s Affinity Alliance, a group dedicated to increasing effectiveness and awareness of corporate women’s affinity programs.

As Principal for her own public relations firm, Tracy consulted multiple clients focusing on strategic communications planning, including long and short term budgeting, marketing, research, crisis communication, and promotion. Additional service included acting as the interim marketing director for the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts. Clients included associations, non-profit organizations, restaurants, and a healthcare facility.

Tracy served as President for the Milwaukee Forum from 2011 through 2012. In this role, she worked with the board to increase engagement, continue the development of a member recruitment strategy, and cultivate meaningful dialogue amongst the membership. The purpose of the Milwaukee Forum is to increase awareness and communication among outstanding men and women of various racial and ethnic backgrounds, who are nominated by their peers to be members of this unique organization. Founded in 1971, members make a six-year commitment to the Forum and represent a spectrum of professional, economic, political, and racial/ethnic perspectives.

In her role as Director of Public Affairs, she managed the department handling all media relations, governmental relations, promotions, and community relations as the primary contact for the organization’s external initiatives. Objectives included the development of new relationships and partnerships within the corporate, governmental, and non‐profit communities; identification and execution of public relations and promotional activities to enhance the image of the Symphony; and the development and implementation of a branding strategy for the MSO. In the position, she managed all public relations activities for 150 MSO concerts; led institutional public relations initiatives related to the MSO’s financial turn‐around; introduced new strategic corporate, community, and media partners through promotional activities that led to a 50 percent increase in community concerts during the 2005/06 season; developed and implemented year‐long global branding and public relations campaign launching the MSO on iTunes leading to coverage in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Billboard Magazine, National Public Radio, and many others; and served as a liaison between musicians and management during contract negotiations. She also led local and national lobbying efforts tied to arts funding.

In her role as Director of Communications, she managed all marketing, communications, events, and public relations activities. She organized lobbying efforts and assisted with the creation and passage of two industry-related senate bills. Additional responsibilities included budgetary planning and committee oversight.
