I have worked in the customer service industry for 20+ years. Be it sales, bartending or personal service as a nanny, I have learned how to work with people to insure they walk away happy, my job as a bartender allowed me to witness this on a daily basis. However, making the perfect drink is just one aspect of good customer service. I have found it is important to listen to the customer and in doing so you are able to provide the most accurate product to meet their needs. It is my goal to make sure everyone I come in contact with leaves happy and doesn't find it necessary to take their business elsewhere.
