Provides detailed administrative support to SVP of Operations and senior directors of Technology with particular emphasis on proactive planning as well as flexibility to accommodate changing needs and requirements. Answers and screens incoming phone calls and provides assistance when possible. Provides support in communications and coordination of SVP's tasks and planning. Completes projects using presentation software, spreadsheet software with emphasis on PowerPoint presentations. Facilitates regular department meetings, agendas, assist in preparing presentations, take and distribute meeting minutes and track action items. Oversees the planning and logistics as it relates to meetings, special events and projects. Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries. Reviews and edits correspondence and presentations. Displays accurate decision making. Schedules interviews as needed for both departments and assists with on-boarding of new employees.
