I have more than 15 years in DEI and talent acquisition leadership in domestic and global environments, including building global DEI programs, initiatives, training courses and organizational cultures, as well as developing diversity talent acquisition programs, employer branding and partnerships. I am a recognized thought-leader in diversity and inclusion, including being named to ProvenBase’s Top 100 Powerful DEI Leaders list. I have also served as a speaker, moderator, facilitator and panelist in various DEI, culture, human capital and talent acquisition topics for organizations such as the National Black MBA Association, National Society of Black Engineers and Human Capital Institute.In addition to my extensive DEI leadership, I have diverse experience in strategic planning, global partnership formation, budgeting, staff leadership, leadership coaching, program development, curriculum development and human resources.
