About Tracy Moss

I am an attorney with vast knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, as well as business law. Currently, I develop and implement communication strategies with designated control partners to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities and transparency in program support. I partner with various lines of business and levels of management in order to ensure regulatory requirements are met, this includes developing and maintaining the annual compliance plan. I was certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) and privacy/HIPAA compliance (CHPC).
