Current• Lead vision, strategy, and execution of industry-leading sales technology, end-to-end POS architecture and analytics, integration, and automated reporting initiatives of the finance department, designed to transform, streamline, and revitalize financial reporting; portfolio includes 8 theme parks, 9 water parks, 4 family entertainment centers, and 5 lodging facilities valued at $300M annually.• Manage a team of 4 direct reports (Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Accounts Receivable Specialists) to ensure high performance and optimal outcomes.• Serve as Project Manager and liaison across all departments; lead development of ERP standardized processes and integration to deliver accurate and timely reporting.• Develop and deliver a wide array of training programming on all policies and procedures, including documentation, financial reconciliation, B2B sales processes, and other integral business processes to seasonal and permanent employees, alike.• Manage complex vendor share and tax process to ensure sales and amusement taxes are allocated accurately.• Capture, analyze, and interpret data to inform key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in operations and performance.• Monitor robust controls and audit procedures to safeguard integrity of reporting.Selected Accomplishments:• Developed, integrated, and launched all park-level (food and beverage, ticketing) processes; maintained compliance with GAAP principles.• Leveraged cutting edge technology and operational/financial best practices to transform underperforming manual financial reporting system into an efficient, robust , and reliable digital system.• Centralized reporting across 25 parks and delivering revenue reporting/reconciliation training across all parks.
