I am a IAPC&M Level 4 Internationally Accredited Coach and I specialise in Resilience Mindset Coaching.I can help you develop and enhance mental strength and resiliency, to gain clarity in times of challenge or change.If you are ready to shift and want more from life, I can help you build the capability to adapt in the face of challenging circumstances, whilst maintaining a stable mental wellbeing. Resilience isn't a personality trait - it's something that we can all take steps to achieve.I am also the Managing Director at Motorcare in Christchurch, Bournemouth. I help guide and support my Husband to direct the business and the team. Ensuring that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals whilst remaining committed to delivering the most authentic and reliable service. Previously I had a long and loyal successful career in the pub industry, managing several pubs and building teams within the same chain. I then took time out to start a family and decided to change my career. I fell in love with the health and fitness industry and started a very happy and successful career with Fitness First in Bournemouth, which went on to be BHLive Active. In 2019 I took a more active role in my Husbands business and in 2020 we successfully expanded during lockdown 1. An opportunity to take voluntary redundancy arose and with Motorcare doing so well, I left my career to 100% support our business. With this new role I have had the freedom to explore my personal passions and take them to the next level. In my spare time I love getting my head into books and studying to learn and simply want to get better at everything I do. I relish helping and inspiring other people to do the same, so I am currently extending my CPD training to be a level 3 personal trainer and have recently qualified as an accredited IAPC&M level 4 Coaching Master. I jump at opportunities to express myself and get creative and I am very driven and focused in my work. I have a deep passion for fitness and you can often find me cycling along the beach in the mornings and then having a dip in the sea to start off my day. I like to be challenged and kept on my toes, you will often find me getting stuck into fitness challenges all year round. A mother of 2 insanely fierce and independent girls, I'm a very busy lady juggling many balls and I wouldn't have it any other way.
