Manage the integration of the activities of the National Faculty (NF) throughout the organization in support of the development of NBOME Examinations, Board Committees and Task Forces, and Operational Committees. Maintains overall administrative responsibility for processes, procedures and measurements that ensure the effective and efficient credentialing and utilization of National Faculty resources. Acts as a resource on National Faculty issues and coordinates with staff members throughout the organization to facilitate completion of tasks. Liaises with key staff members in each office to streamline National Faculty involvement in activities across the organization. Provides records, reports, and communication on the activities of the National Faculty.

Responsible for a successful donation process within assigned hospitals. As such, I functioned as an expert resource on all aspects of organ and tissue donation, working with a combination of small community hospitals to Level 1 Trauma/Transplant Centers. While working with these hospitals I fostered professional relationships, conducted clinical evaluations of potential organ donors; initiated conversations with families; participated in medical rounds; conducted and evaluated all in-house education programs; assisted in writing policies and protocols, conducted monthly data reviews; analyzed and presented information on performance outcomes.
