Designed and led a new organization, achieving efficiencies and providing centralized project management for 40+ filing season projects. Led communications and transition for a major modernization effort; including a negotiated change to the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) contract and implementation of a 24X7 command center. Managed domain.

Supported the Domain Director, leading an organization of over 300 employees with a $70m budget responsible for delivering critical filing season and extender legislation changes. Restructured the paper processing branches, consolidating two multi-million dollar contracts and associated government staff, resulting in significant savings and increased.

Provided oversight and direction to an organization of over 200 employees with a $50m budget responsible for essential financial and human resource applications. Instituted governance and improved portfolio management. Led IT Asset Centralization, transitioning applications and 100+ employees from the business to the IT organization.

Led multiple critical testing efforts in support of tax processing including Filing and Payment Compliance (F&PC), which implemented private debt collection for uncollectable IRS tax accounts.
