Analyzed projected force structure ensuring compliance with the TAA process, PBG, and TAP and in keeping with the Chief of Staff of the Army’s Vision. Managed the Structure and Manpower Allocation System (SAMAS) for the entire Engineer Regiment. Managed current and projected force structure using multiple Army systems such as SAMAS, The Army Authorization Documentation System (TAADS). Managed documentation, activation, and inactivation of engineer units across the Active, Reserve, and Army National Guard components. Assisted in developing policy, provided guidance, and recommended approval of Army command submissions during resource realignment processes. Developed prioritization of resources to meet changing priorities and requirements across all components, active and reserve. Socialized and documented engineer aspects of changes resulting from Command Plans, Concept Plans, and Out of Cycle Reports. Ensured activation, inactivation, re-stationing, or reorganization of engineer units was thoroughly cross-walked and reconciled. Audits changes in engineer manpower authorizations, aligns resources, and ensures changes are supportable through POM briefings and Schedules 8s. Prepared recommendations with supporting rationale; prepared 2- to 4-star level responses, as appropriate, to submitting Army command, and handles follow-up actions involving plan. Served as HQDA primary point of contact for providing guidance and assistance in response to queries concerning Engineer TOEs to include: review of personnel and equipment requirements for all new engineer TOEs and cyclic review of engineer TOEs; review and staffing of all Manpower Requirements Criteria (MARC) Plans and Studies (IAW AR 570-2)

Senior GFM-DI Analyst in primary support of the Engineer Branch, Maneuver Support Division (MSD), U.S. Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA). Responsible for ensuring uniformity and consistency throughout the Army's manpower and equipment documentation process for US Army Engineer structure. Assisted support for Signal, Military Police and Space proponencies as well. Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Lead Developer of the HQDA Approved Basis of Issue Plans (BOIPs) for the Engineer Branch BOIPs, gaining HQDA approval of over (15) BOIPs in less than (6) months which were used in the Authorization Documents (MTOEs) in alignment with the ARFORGEN as it pertains to the Reset and Training/Readiness portions. Analyzed and implemented guidance from multiple sources in development of requirements documentation (Tables of Organization and Equipment [TOE]) and authorizations documentation (Modified Tables of Organization and Equipment [MTOE]). Senior Analyst and lead developer for the Command Plan 14 Engineer Brigade and Survey & Design MTOEs. Assistant developer for the complete Engineer Force Structure across all Compos for Total Army Analysis (TAA) 15-19. Identified issues with TOE, MTOE or BOIP in development and ensures full coordination and communication with responsible representatives from the Force Management community to find and implement resolution. Utilized Force Management System (FMS), FMS Web, BOIP Development Schedule (BDS), Logistics Support Agency (LOGSA) Information Warehouse - Database (LIW-DB), Army Enterprise Equipping System (AE2S) and the Microsoft Office Suite in execution of the above duties. Supported the OIs, Systems Integrators (SIs), Force Integrators (FIs), Command Managers (CMs) and Document Integrators (DIs) by providing force structure, personnel and equipment analysis.
