In my role, I lead and align technology initiatives with the strategic objectives of CPED. And as head of HR, I also work to create a positive and inclusive employee experience. My responsibilities include digital transformation, optimizing technology infrastructure, and fostering a culture of talent development and engagement.

My role is responsible for the technology platforms that support our business needs. In 2 years we moved to a fully cloud-based environment, implemented a change control process, and completely overhauled the way we deliver and support tools for our end users.In addition to the technology efforts, I developed the framework for project portfolio management, people change management, and process management across the organization.As a leader, I play a key role in strategic planning and execution. My belief is that technology should be intentional and support business needs. I am fortunate to oversee the areas of our organization that create a strong foundation, ensuring that we are ready for anything that the future brings!
