Assists healthcare organizations with implementing concussion clinics and assessment tools to provide the highest standard of care to athletes in the communities they serve. Especially proficient in implementing the ImPACT Concussion Management tool as well as utilizing LEAN process improvement tools to create optimal patient process flow through the concussion care process. Passionate about ensuring that athletes, parents and coaches have access to concussion education materials, trained healthcare professionals and the tools needed to ensure the proper management of sports related concussions. Experienced in working with healthcare organizations that utilize the Epic Electronic Medical Record platform to integrate the ImPACT test report into the patient medical record.

Responsible for working with the Green Bay Packers to implement community initiatives that will improve the health of the Northeast Wisconsin population. Work with the leaders of the Green Bay Packers and Bellin Health Brand Leaders to identify opportunities, then prioritize and direct those initiatives. Ensure that the proper channels of communication between the Packers and internal operation areas of Bellin Health are effectively advanced and utilized.

Performs diversified duties involving contributing to the maintenance of positive corporate image by providing school accounts, companies, and identified clients with the highest possible level of service regarding administration and relationship growth of Bellin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Brand Services. Responsible for assuring that the proper channels of communication between the schools, companies and clients are effectively maintained, utilized, and advanced. Plan, organize, direct, and provide the leadership to achieve the Athletic Training Department short and long term business development objectives, in alignment with the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Brand Services' mission.

Responsible for the development and delivery of ThedaCare sports medicine services with an emphasis on best clinical practices and least-waste operational processes. Establishes and cultivates relationships with school administrators, coaches, heads of local sports organizations, and athletes of all ages to ensure the highest level of customer service standards are delivered. Conducts extensive pioneering work in sports concussion at the local, state, and national levels. Especially skilled in sports medicine promotion and marketing via targeted educational programming, public speaking, promotional giveaways, and Internet web development.

Co-Founded this statewide concussion collaborative initiative. Our mission is to improve the health, safety and academic performance of Wisconsin student-athletes by improving the identification, diagnosis, education and treatment of concussion.
