Member of the regional management team for Traveler's 2nd largest Commercial Account's region. Collaborate with others to develop strategies and execute tactics to maintain solid underwriting integrity while growing our region's $400M book of midsize commercial P&C business. Primary responsibilities include leading individual account collaborations and co-managing book of business with office leaders to ensure my assigned offices are meeting goals and maintaining profitability. Other responsibilities include training, coaching employees in career development, speaking at conferences, and leading/participating in project teams. Directly responsible for $133M of the region's book working directly with two managing directors and 19 account executives. Selected to participate in the 2nd class of Traveler’s Middle Market Leadership Development Initiative. Member of the inaugural Regional Talent Training Board. Regularly attend Traveler’s seminars including the Leadership Challenge Course.

Responsible for underwriting, maintaining and growing a $12M book of P&C business that was 100% brokered through Marsh. My territory included Marsh offices located throughout the central and eastern United States. Regularly traveled to assigned offices to meet with producers and directly with insureds. Coached and trained less experienced account executives. Participated in both regional and national project teams.
