Design solutions for digital and print collateral, packaging, point-of-purchase, direct mail, publications. Supervise account team and creative resources, providing design direction and project management. Expanded and supervised non-consumer design department to meet high volume packaging re-branding and immediate implementation demands of the Scott and Kimberly-Clark merger. Evaluated and hired internal and external teams of design and print professionals/vendors, providing design direction and brand management for sales collateral, event campaigns, trade shows, and packaging. Developed employee workflow guidelines and processes for internal communications: resource scheduling, project timelines and budgets, file sharing and wages/time reporting. Provided brand adherence guidance and consultation to account management, initiating creative solutions for enhanced brand leveraging across all communication channels. Collaborated with account teams to develop creative briefs incorporating market research and objectives, presenting concepts, facilitating design discussion for multiple interests, (i.e. executive management, marketing, product owners and production). Designed product collateral and packaging, direct mail, advertising, special event and trade shows while leveraging corporate graphic identity standards for cohesive ‘on-brand’ messaging.
