CurrentThe Print Production Coordinator is responsible for providing necessary support to the Graphic Designer with accurate and timely execution of pre-press production and printing processes including working with vendors to obtain estimates for Country Club Bank and affiliated companies. • Works with vendors to deliver production ready art• Follows development timelines to ensure tasks are being completed on time• Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for… Show more The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for providing necessary support to the Graphic Designer with accurate and timely execution of pre-press production and printing processes including working with vendors to obtain estimates for Country Club Bank and affiliated companies. • Works with vendors to deliver production ready art• Follows development timelines to ensure tasks are being completed on time• Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for print materials• Make edits to existing files• Packages and prefight files for release to vendors• Conducts press checks and request samples and proofs for review• Catalogs and references art for future projects• Works closely with vendor for management of service and supplies for the internal printer• Works closely with Graphic Designer regarding needs with external vendors to produce printed materials, including selection of paper, ink and end finishing. This includes working with the Graphic Designer and vendors to insure that projects come in on time and on budget.• Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and identify areas for improvement• Oversee vendor relations and negotiations including print buying and cost control• Troubleshoots production problems as they arise with both the Graphic Designer and the vendor Show less
