In early 2015, Albemarle acquired Rockwood Holdings, the parent company of Rockwood Lithium, and Chemetall. In joining forces they’ve created a world-class specialty chemicals company that offers customized, performance-based chemical solutions to a global customer base. As a change manager, I facilitate the design and implementation of easily adoptable change management strategies and plans. Simply put, I am responsible for the facilitation of organized, dynamic, glorious change! My job is to coordinate the shifting of many individual mindsets in an organized way. I truly enjoy working in this role for Albemarle.

Let Me Live Fit is a health, fashion and social fitness brand with a mission to motivate. The brand launched on March 3, 2014 after months of collaboration and deliberation. In my role as a Communications Strategist I implemented a strategic marketing campaign and threw a “virtual” surprise party for the launch. I invited the friends/connections from a cross section of online networks. In this role I served as brand ambassador and developed and implemented strategic marketing and communications initiatives. I was also responsible for brand development, promotional campaigns, and public relations.

In my role as a Human Resources Coordinator I participated in recruiting at professional and college career fairs, I maintained the college recruiting social media sites on various platforms and I managed the staffing database, job postings and produced global reports and dashboards (Demographics, Staffing and Training). I also helped to facilitate corporate training and provided logistical support for training and recruiting fairs.
