I lead a small but mighty team where I'm focused on extending Empower Her Community’s vision of a world where information technology skills and opportunities are accessible to all women in the world through various events & training programs. EHC has one simple mission to train more women in the field of IT and ensure the transition into employment.I am a builder, which is why I'm responsible for designing and implementing the strategy for various events & programs to ensure we can equip members with Technical and non-technical skills and also help connect to opportunities. Leveraging my passion for Learning & Development for the Girl-child, I'm creating high-impact and consistent programs and experiences for women to thrive.Within 3 months of working at Empower Her Community, I became the Programs lead and in the last 1 year, I have designed and developed a project performance management system that increased program efficiency by 55% over the last few months thereby helping 700+ women break into Tech successfully and land several internship opportunities. Another accomplishment I am proud of is I and my team have successfully increased the number of members within the community from 500 to 6000 within a year through successful events & programs.

Lead a team of 3 in creating, monitoring, and evaluating all programs and activities within the Tech community, resulting in an increase of 70% in member participation.Successfully conducted over 25 online and offline technical events, reducing program planning duration by 30% and managing budgets efficiently. Trained and graduated over 500+ women in 3 successful virtual Technical and Non-Technical boot camps, connecting several with paid internship roles, and created a talent pipeline with several tech startups to provide internship roles.
