Established operational efficiency as evidenced by more than tripling the number of services in 4 years without requiring additional employees.Established and maintained the processes for HCF program requirements. Responsible for the strategy and timing of reserving discounts for new services and ensuring renewing services maintain discounts. Completed 286 site registrations and updates for the HCF program. Reserved $20.6m in funding. Requested and received $13.4m in discounts from this reserved funding, with an average of $300,000 of discounts per month for 250+ broadband services. Worked closely with USAC to complete these filings according to their changing guidelines. Represented our subscribers to advocate for HCF program improvements in collaboration with the Schools, Health, Libraries and Broadband (SHLB) coalition.Led the team in planning and implementing a new independent 501(c)(3) corporation to assume consortium leadership from the existing organization. Worked closely with legal experts and the leadership team to follow 501c leadership best practices to write the organization’s bylaws, articles for incorporation, application for exemption, contracts, guidelines, and policies.
