With over 15 years of experience in marketing, I have developed a passion for creating and delivering high-impact campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and loyalty for local businesses. My mission is to help small businesses dominate their zip codes with innovative and affordable marketing solutions. As the General Manager and Owner of Paperboy Marketing, I lead a team of dedicated and reliable delivery contractors who hand deliver flyers to front doors and newspaper boxes across the Twin Cities metro area.At Paperboy Marketing, I oversee all aspects of the business, from sales and operations to finance and customer service. I also design and produce the flyers for our clients, using my graphic design skills and certificate from California Institute of the Arts. I have successfully secured and retained multiple contracts with home service businesses, such as painters, roofers, and garage door companies, as well as other locally-focused organizations. I leverage my skills in new business development, marketing communications, and advertising campaigns to create customized and effective marketing strategies for each client. Additionally, I use my Spanish language skills and cultural awareness to reach out to and serve the Hispanic community in the Twin Cities.

When I was in second grade, my younger brother and I operated a concession stand selling popcorn, soda and caramel apples to people who were visiting the farm market.My first commissioned sales role was when I was in 6th grade. Back then we sold Christmas trees and I got $1 for every tree sold while I was working weekends with my dad. One weekend, my parents had a conference out of town so my cousin and I ran the store. I was 11 and he was 15. My job was to sell the trees and collect the money and my cousin put the Christmas trees on top of the cars and tied them down.In the summer, I built swing sets and basketball hoops during the week and when I turned 16 I started running the store on weekends so I could make sales. When I was 19, I won a national sales award and was invited to the Rainbow Play Systems annual conference. At the time, working in the family business was challenging and stressful. Looking back, I'm really grateful for the lessons learned and the experiences I had.
