Tracy is a Delivery Manager with over 12 years experience in managing both SME and Enterprise contracts across both commercial and education sectors. Recruited out of university to join a national Australian IT firm, Tracy was initially responsible for management of all commercial client contracts, before being asked to head the creation of the LATIS service desk, managing one of the biggest Linux rollouts in Australia, along with the Department of Education's (DEET) Citrix server farm. Focusing on implementation of new process and procedure, Tracy's team was recognised by the Northern Territory Government for consistently meeting 100% KPI. As part of this role, Tracy as key to defining the requirements and implementation of a new problem ticketing system. This solution is still in use, managing all incident and problem tracking for a global Learning Platform provider. Based on her experience with LATIS and DEET, Tracy was requested to move to South Australia to manage the steady state transition of a government wide learning platform implementation. This consisted of 1500 schools and over 300,000 students across suburban and rural countryside.More recently, Tracy was moved the the UK as the Service Desk Manager for the Netmedia Learning platform, covering UK RBC and South Africa LAs. This saw management of over 10 deployments, covering 4,000 schools including problems resolution, bug tracking and service pack scheduling.Tracy holds numerous industry qualifications in both technical and management disciplines, focusing on server infrastructure and ITIL.
