I started my career in sales because I am a people person! I have a love of learning that translates into an inquisitive nature. I love getting to know new people and understanding what makes them unique: their passion, their values, their culture, themselves. Sales affords me the opportunity to get to know many people every day and that is really what makes me tick. I got to know QuickBooks in 2017 when I began working for Sitel, a contract partner with Intuit. First, I was enlightened on QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise as part of the Priority Circle Account Management team. Then I was given the chance to try my hand at sales, and I grew to love QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, and all the other different tools in the QuickBooks ecosystem! My journey then took me into the role of Intuit QuickBooks Sales Product Specialist for the team.This team quickly evolved into one who focused solely on migrations from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks online. I stepped in to assist in my role as Sales Product Specialist: organizing and facilitating concurrent training for leadership, production floor, and new hires, influencing lifts in sales metrics by creating content for facilitations - in service to consultant readiness and conversational gap closures. I was delivering relevant and recent product changes/evolution to production floor. I contributed to the Intuit Desktop Migration Acceleration Pilots with headliner creation, consultant training, and delivering feedback from real QuickBooks customers. When Sitel's contract with Intuit Sales had completed - I decided that it was time to invest more in myself.I am a problem-solver and deep thinker. I am content to go the extra mile to put the pieces together.
