 Coordinated research and project support to community partners such as Ambassadors for Hope, the Violent Crime Reduction Initiative, the Lancaster Community Safety Coalition, Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership, Advoz (formerly the Center for Peacemaking) and Lancaster Bureau of Police.  Effectively engaged hundreds of Lancaster area residents, helping to build resiliency in vulnerable areas of the city by collecting survey data from 291 residents in the southwest quadrant of Lancaster City. This survey data assisted in obtaining a 1.25 million dollar grant, to implement improvements in this neighborhood.  Managed progress on 5 research projects identified by community partners. Conducted both qualitative and quantitative research and evaluated complex studies from concept and data collection to execution and results communication. Communicated research results to both technical and nontechnical audiences by creating reports and presentations highlighting the findings. Coauthored research report for Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership to benefit Southwest Lancaster City. Published at: Southwest Lancaster Resident Survey Analysis  Supervised 7 undergraduate student research assistants. Assisted in planning, publicizing and carrying out community education programs and events for the Center for Public Scholarship and Social Change related to community partners, i.e. community meetings, presentations featuring elected officials to educate the public on issues facing children with a parent in prison, and the Community Partners Recognition Awards Ceremony.

 Co-managed project using forensic accounting to assess the legitimacy of a questionable loan portfolio in order to restate earnings for all stakeholders potentially affected. Lead the project to migrate legitimate loan account data files into PNC's core operating system.

Assistant Vice President, Project Coordinator and Customer Advocate - (2004 to2007)  Served in joint leadership role for corporate initiative to implement technology-based relationship management solutions across the holding company and its 17 affiliates. Co-leader of website redesign project that included 17 separate affiliate sites, the corporate site and the employee intranet.Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Product Manager (2001 – 2004) Created and led a marketing team of 5 Regional Marketing Consultants, providing services focused on customer service and relationship management. Tracked and reported performance of current banking products, recommending changes when appropriate. Acted as Director of Marketing for a team of 18 employees.
