Tracy is a Director with Jabian Consulting in Atlanta, Georgia, a management and strategy consulting firm. She leads Jabian’s cross-market People Strategies team, a cadre of consultants specializing in change management, leadership development, organization design, culture change, performance management, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tracy has over twenty years of progressive strategic human capital, change management, and organization development consulting experience across public and private sectors. Her relevant experience includes leadership and strategy development, stakeholder management, training design and development, meeting facilitation, coaching and mentoring, and communication strategy development. Prior to her role at Jabian, Tracy was the Director of Custom Accounts at Emory Executive Education, an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, and a consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Tracy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and has a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University. She is the past Board Chair for Organization Change Alliance and a past board member of Dress for Success Atlanta.
