Health and Safety Leadership Provide technical health and safety advise to the Construction Manager and SBR project team. Work collaboratively the Construction Manager, SBR project team and all project contractors to set and maintain a high performing health and safety culture. Contribute to relevant Antarctica NZ Committees (including but not limited to HSE Committee, SBR risk meetings and staff meetings). Facilitate the monthly SBR Project Health & Safety Meetings. Contribute to task associated with the organizational wide HSMS.SBR Project  Ensure Ant NZ HSMS is integrated within SBR, but not limited to:All health and safety legal compliance requirements are met.All ISO 45001 certification requirements are met. Review, update and ensure implementation of HSW Management Plan and associated risk register. Assist with annual KPI/objective setting, collation of data and preparation of monthly reports in relation to health and safety performance on the SBR Project. Overseas the process management aspects of the Authority to Work System and participate in events/work planning. Prepare and facilitate health and safety training as part of pre-deployment workshops for workers and contractors. Complete regular health and safety assessments/audits. Undertake a review of all incident reports and participate in incident triage forums. Participate, assist and/or conduct investigations for risk and incident reports as required. Participate in business planning and review workshops to ensure continuous improvement.Contractor Management Manage the contractor health and safety pre-qualification requirements for the project. Review and update the Main Contractor PCBU MOU annually. Review and approve SSSP and documentation. Coordinate and collaborate with HSRs.
