• Responsible for analysis and resolution of outstanding royalty issues audit queries and issues lists
• Liaise with Royalty Income in Bartlesville to ensure compliance with the Canada Service Agreement
• Act as liaison between Land and Royalty Income for issues related to items such as compensatory royalties and unusual new well setups or royalty information
• Review terms of leases and contracts in Powerview, as they relate to royalty income
• Run and analyze compliance initiatives in an effort to recover unpaid royalties
• Coordinate joint venture audits

• Responsible for booking monthly royalty income payments to SAP financial system via Excel upload
• Instrumental in seeking out and recovering unpaid royalties through various initiatives and analysis to ensure royalty compliance
• Utilize various systems such as CS Explorer, Accumap and Jiblink
• Liaise with various Land and Master Data contacts to establish setup of new wells and cost centers
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with third parties
• Responsible for reconciliation of designated third-party accounts

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices within Gas & Power Marketing systems (TransEnergy, TradePilot and SAP)
• Complete and balance four netbacks (Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC and Cargill)
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries in SAP
• Preparation and submission of government reports (APMC, DOE, NEB, EUB)
• Intercompany balancing and settlements
