Nonviolent Communication (NVC) requires training in skills we are seldom taught: emotional intelligence, deep listening and intentional way of being. These elements can foster collaborative leadership and relating. I offer public trainings, one to one coaching and lead wellbeing retreats. NVC communication can support you to step into a new reality. It fosters trust and a mindset and skills for getting things done with care and concern for all. It’s about being being real with yourself and others, sharing power, having autonomy and interdependence. It’s about embracing differences and finding solutions to problems. It helps us to view behaviour through a lens of human needs. Wherever you want to see positive change, I can help, I work with individuals and organisations. I am qualified in coaching and mediation, with a background in Humanistic Counselling and NLP. An experienced Mindfulness practitioner, internationally recognised Movement facilitator, trauma aware, Nonviolent Communication Trainer Certified by the Centre of Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).I work with various NVC models and tools including: 3x3 Empathy Factors, Needs understanding and GAM Give it a minute. I am co founder of a conscious movement system known as Dance Connection and a Director of NVC Matters UK CIC.I also have a back ground in adult and further education and early years. I qualified in High Scope and worked with many initiatives implementing change I love collaborating with others to bring empathy, joy and connection to this journey through life.
