I've always been fascinated by gamification as a way to reach 'digital natives.' In 2007, I co-founded a company to produce a game-based learning product for middle school and high school students using virtual world technology and MMO mechanics. Our proto type project (ancient Rome) was modeled on MIT's Revolution, which was used to teach the American Revolution.
