As a Business Analyst at Jackadder International, I work on a project for the Northern Territory Government to renew their core clinical systems. I apply my data science skills and knowledge to analyse business processes and system workflows, make recommendations, and support the project delivery. I enjoy collaborating with a diverse and talented team of IT professionals, healthcare experts, and government stakeholders to enable better healthcare outcomes and services for the community. My passion for business analysis stems from my previous work experiences in the Logistics and Hospitality sectors, where I witnessed how technology can enhance business performance and streamline operations. I decided to pursue a Master of Information Technology with a specialisation in Information Systems and Data Science at Charles Darwin University, where I graduated with distinction. During my studies, I also participated in various volunteer activities and student club leadership roles, such as being the CDU IT Codefair Ambassador for two consecutive years, where I organised events and workshops for IT students and professionals. I am always eager to learn new skills, share my insights, and contribute to the IT industry and society.
