In June 2014, PGW Experience was acquired by the well-known talent and sports agency, Creative Artists Agency, headquartered in Los Angeles. The company now serves as CAA’s experiential arm, as a facet of the agency’s Consulting Department.

Tuskegee, Alabama

Served as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, spearheading operations and related planning processes needed to articulate the President’s vision and the university's brand. Oversaw the development and implementation of communication strategies and action plans that conveyed the University’s commitment to education, research, and outreach. Developed plans, messaging and tactics designed to position Tuskegee University as an outstanding and highly competitive institution.

Greater New York City Area

Managed the day-to-day operations of the BEEP program in the national office; oversaw the coordination of an executive-led mentoring and recruitment program at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); and built relationships with corporations and other organizations to support BEEP programmatically and financially. In addition, served as the national lead for volunteer programs and projects including managing the League's Young Professional (YP) and Guild auxiliary volunteer groups. Managed the Minority Director’s Inclusion Initiative a program designed to certify and place African-American executives on the boards of Fortune 500 and other publicly traded companies in the US.Developing strategies for the management and implementation of program objectives.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Lead the development of brand messages and execution of multi-channel communications campaigns for industry leaders such as Microsoft Corp., MGM Mirage, Black Entertainment Television, and the Smithsonian Institute. Client service support included providing strategic planning and execution of media and advertising campaigns and events, with ethnic media outlets and executive management, including briefings, speechwriting and on-site staffing. Additionally, I provided counsel on the development and execution of strategic partnerships and programs.
