My wife, Tamara, and I have been part-time missionaries to the In Step Children’s Home in Northwest Kenya, Africa. We just returned from a three month mission trip to In Step, our 6th in 5 years. This year upon our return we launched a new nonprofit ministry called PROCLAIM MINISTRIES. We are in the process of receiving our 501c3 designation from the IRS that should come in the next few months. You may not have seen the newsletters describing our work with Rael, the deaf/blind girl at the In Step Children’s Home, during a prior visit. We thought that our brief newsletter entries didn’t do justice to Rael or our experience with her. So we created a short video to tell her story.Our hope is to show how God moved in a mighty way with her in a very short period of time. From being completely alone in her world to entering ours was a big step.
