Hello! I'm Tracy "Ty" Moore II. As an impact-driven, serial entrepreneur, I am a major champion for unrealized human potential. Put simply, my number one goal in life is to "be the energy."During the past two decades, I’ve launched and led five ventures spanning various sectors — from art and technology to economic empowerment and leadership development. Some of my most notable enterprises include Leadership Scholars, an organization focused on igniting the leadership potential within underserved, inner-city youth; MindBlown Labs, an acclaimed ed-tech startup; and The Hidden Genius Project, a national nonprofit that trains and mentors Black male youth in technology creation, entrepreneurship, and leadership.Now, as a certified executive coach and co-founder of VeraVis, my mission is to empower individuals and teams to lead from their souls.
