With over 10 years of experience at the Detroit Regional Chamber, I am a seasoned IT leader and senior director who oversees the IT budget, capital projects, software implementations, and employee training. I hold several credentials, including PMP, ITIL, and Caspio, that validate my skills and knowledge in project management, service management, and database development.I have successfully managed and supported various IT projects that enhanced the efficiency, security, and performance of the Chamber's IT systems and services. Some of these projects include the rollout of Microsoft Office 365, the integration of CRM systems, and the improvement of Help Desk processes and standards. I also design, coordinate, and execute training and documentation for new software and knowledge base, ensuring that employees are well-informed and equipped to use the IT tools and resources effectively. My mission is to deliver IT solutions that align with the Chamber's strategic goals and vision, and to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
