I am an award-winning, talented and avid leader with extensive experience in overseeing and executing customer experience, workplace innovation, service and project delivery. Additionally, I possess deep commercial interior design experience and change management application. I hold a B.Sc. in Interior Design from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, a FIDER accredited program. Other related areas of study are graphic design and fine art which are active interests today. Previously, 15 years of my career were intensely focused on commercial interior design and architecture with reputable design firms in the Southeast. I managed interior finish specification to installation, on a wide range of diverse projects including Class-A office, flex, retail, hospitality, churches, schools and medical facilities.I am certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Exam (NCIDQ) and was also a Professional Member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). I have completed the US Green Building Council Technical reviews for New Construction as well as Commercial Interiors; I am currently a member of BIFM, IFMA and a Certified PROSCI practitioner.
