About Tracy Wilk

As an executive coach, I partner with leaders and teams from various companies, ranging from start-ups to tech giants like Airbnb, Google, and Microsoft, to help them achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. I have over 7.5 years of coaching experience and multiple certifications from reputable institutions, including the International Coaching Federation, the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and the Global Team Coaching Institute.My coaching approach is based on a combination of assessments, exercises, and powerful conversations that enable my clients to gain more self-awareness, clarity, and confidence.
