She began as a salesperson, selling 'advertorials' in newspapers all over the U.S. She was later promoted to an administrative position and ultimately became their Office Manager. Here, she handled employee benefits such as insurance and 401K plans. She also processed new hires and terminations and managed a team of 10 administrative employees. She handled the accounting for 20 special projects. These projects included the company’s fundraising for The Virginia Sheriff’s Association through its quarterly print publication and other non-profit publications like the Virginia Jaycees, Virginia Fireman’s Assoc. and The Kentucky State Police Assoc., etc. Tracy worked in retail sales for Miller & Rhoades and has also run her own home business for 2 years as a Premier Designs jewelry representative. Antiques is one of her hobbies and for about 2 years she was an antique dealer in Virginia Beach.
