Led the growth and development of NSS from startup through the acquisition of new accounts. Made infrastructure improvements for depot repair contract capabilities, Expanded refurbished and new sales division, purchasing division, computer and copier field service division with central call center during the growth and maintenance of the national contracts.Provided service and parts to companies involved in national on-site service with over 500 service related accounts. Interacted with Executive Management and Middle Management levels of all customers to secure new business in emerging markets and grow existing satisfaction.- Directed 3 managers and planned work loads for 70 company employees and 150 subcontractors in horizontal service markets covering 31 states, with call center operations, dispatching 3000 service calls per month, and depot operations processing 2000 repairs per month.- Negotiated the terms of service contracts, with fortune 500 companies.- Innovated and supported some of the earliest computer recycling, computer reclamation, and product core retrieval programs in the computer industry. I was responsible for designing and implementing the backbone that supported major corporation that included retail outlets such as Best Buy, CompUSA, Office Depot and Staples.- Virtual Inventory- Created custom web based software to meet the requirements of major customers like Xerox, GE, DecisionOne, TSS, Wang Laboratories and IBM and their respective national field service contracts that we subcontracted. - Planned, developed and programmed open system environment of operations, inventory, distribution, call center, purchasing, A/R, and A/P using Microsoft Access, SQL, and Excel with links to customer mainframes and EDI interfaces.- Contract administration and field service delivery.- From conception to completion, I worked to create departments that were non existent prior to being awarded new contracts from our national customers.
