Launched five new products and established two new technology driven channels that generated additional sources of revenue. Implemented trading system and provided guidance with National Financial (Fidelity), Bear Stearns, Wachovia Bank, Citibank, Pacific Growth Equities, Lehman, Web Bush Securities, TD Ameritrade, Pershing, Legent Clearing, Penson Financial Worldwide.  Designed a popular Premium Service account which increased customer account retention from an industry average of 1.5 years to 6.8 years. Developed a 3 month Solution Culture Plan. This program resulted in improved employee engagement, established a solid team culture, and resulted in increased employee and customer retention. Chaired the Board of Directors, Merger/Acquisition and Nominations committees. In addition, served on the Executive, Corporate Governance, Asset/Liability (ALCO) and Audit committees. Acquired Rockland Trading Group – 2001 and established East Coast office in Boca Raton, Florida. Substantially reduced overhead and operating costs through staff reduction and the closing of an underperforming office.
