Development of the long term Athena Trading strategy;2. Oversee the implementation of the Athena Trading long andshort term plans in accordance with its strategy;3. Ensure that Athena Trading is appropriately organized and staffed to achieve the approved strategy;4. Ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual Athena Trading budget;5. Assess the principal risks of the Company and to ensure that theserisks are being monitored and managed;6. Ensure effective internal controls and management informationsystems are in place;7. Ensure that the Company has appropriate systems to enable it toconduct its activities both lawfully and ethically;8. Ensure that the Company maintains high standards of corporatecitizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business;9. Act as a liaison between management and the directors.10.
