QoS champion.- Designed and implemented new KQL search operator for Outlook and Sharepoint Search (C#). The search engine serves search of documents and email messages in 6.5 billion of mailboxes and has 1.5 exabytes of indexed data.- Optimized performance of User Understanding ML model evaluation platform by few times using smart job distribution, reusing previous results to run from 4 hours to under an hour.- Improved performance of ML data service for MS Teams Feed model by 12 times from 6000 msec to 500 msec.- Created the first version of MS Teams User Understanding model to allow MS Teams user to control the app using voice.- Shipped Calendar ML model on Cortana Query Understanding service for Cortana Speaker device.- DRI (on-call) champion. Managed on-call rotation and procedures in a team of 15 people. Improved DRI health in the team and decreased incident volume in ML Runtime service from 15 to 2 per month.
